A tourist visa, entered into your passport, is required when entering into Australia. These visa can be obtained from your country's Australian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission, some can even be done online. The tourist visa can be issued for up to a 6 month visit, however you will need to show proof of a return trip home and fund available for the duration of your stay.
